Entry to Vietnam from Cambodia

Passengers who apply for a Vietnam e-visa must print their visa before arrival.

If the visa is not printed, immigration officers will charge an additional US$1 printing fee at the border.

We would like to reassure all passengers that this fee is official and not a scam.

Passengers who choose to pay the US$1 printing fee through our staff may:

  • Relax on the bus
  • Enjoy lunch
  • Watch a movie

Alternatively, passengers may go directly with our staff to complete the payment themselves.

VIP Cross-Border Service Process

Dara Panha Sak provides VIP immigration assistance to ensure a smooth border crossing experience.

Our service includes:

  • Passport pre-processing before arrival
  • Assistance with exit and entry forms
  • Guided support through immigration procedures

While we cannot bypass official queues, our coordination ensures a faster and more organized process for our passengers.

Phnom Penh ⇄ Ho Chi Minh City

Border Gate:

Bavet–Moc Bai Border Gate

Travel Procedure:

  • At departure, passports are scanned and sent to our border staff.
  • Forms are pre-completed in advance.
  • Upon arrival at the border, passengers exit the bus and follow staff to immigration.
  • After exiting Cambodia, passengers re-board the bus for a short transfer to Vietnam immigration.
  • Luggage must be removed for scanning by customs officers.

Visa Requirements:

  • Many nationalities must apply for a Vietnam visa before travel.
  • Some passport holders qualify for visa exemption.
  • Some nationalities can apply for Visa on Arrival.
  • Passengers are responsible for checking visa eligibility before booking.

  • Passport scanned at departure terminal.
  • Pre-processing by Dara Panha Sak border staff.
  • Passengers follow staff through immigration.
  • Luggage must be scanned before re-boarding the bus.
